WHY GRAPEVINE?

At New Engen, we help brands grow, not just bigger, but smarter. We’re a digital marketing agency that drives meaningful impact across the entire customer journey by integrating media, creative, analytics, influencer, and retail strategies into performance-driven campaigns.

Grapevine is New Engen’s scalable solution that helps brands license high-performing third-party creator content quickly and easily. We use our network of 800+ creators to deliver ready-to-run content to leading DTC brands for their social ad campaigns.

We’re a collaborative group of strategists, content creators, copywriters, editors, designers, account managers, and more who are all in on helping brands, and each other,  thrive. We work hard, stay humble, and build with purpose.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

Develop Performance-Driven Creative Strategy

Lead the development of creative and content strategies that drive measurable performance across paid media channels such as Meta, TikTok, and YouTube. Translate brand goals and market insights into compelling campaign concepts designed to resonate with audiences and improve key performance metrics.

Own Creative Ideation and Concept Development

Generate new campaign ideas and creative concepts grounded in market research, content analysis, and consumer trends. Continuously identify opportunities to test new formats, messaging angles, and storytelling approaches that strengthen campaign performance across a portfolio of consumer brands.

Build Clear, Actionable Creative Briefs

Concept and write detailed briefs that guide creators, designers, and writers in producing high-quality visual and written content. Own the development of scripts, hooks, shot lists, and messaging frameworks that align with brand guidelines while maintaining an authentic and engaging voice.

Guide Creative Production and Post-Production

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure creative concepts are executed effectively from production through final delivery. Provide visual direction, storyboard guidance, and post-production briefs that help shape compelling video and static ad creatives.

Optimize Creative Through Performance Insights

Analyze campaign performance metrics such as CPA, ROAS, CTR, and CVR to understand what resonates with audiences. Use these insights to recommend new creative iterations, refine messaging, and optimize advertorial landing pages to improve campaign results.

Collaborate Across Teams to Drive Results

Work closely with Brand Success, design, and cross-functional partners to align creative direction with campaign goals. Contribute ideas, insights, and feedback that help teams deliver cohesive, high-performing marketing campaigns.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED

  • Between 1-3 years of experience in creative strategy or performance-driven content within the DTC or ecommerce space.
  • Experience developing visual advertising concepts, including video and static content, with familiarity in elements like hooks, storyboarding, and calls-to-action that drive engagement and performance.

  • Comfort working within project management platforms (such as Asana or Monday) to track deliverables, timelines, and creative workflows.
