Key Responsibilities
Tech-First Creative Problem Solving: Analyze creative briefs and leverage existing or emerging technology (especially generative AI tools) to formulate solutions and deliver high-quality creative outputs.
Rapid Prototyping & Tool Experimentation: Actively test, experiment with, and integrate emerging AI tools and platforms into studio workflows.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the creative and technical teams to translate project needs into innovative solutions.
Continuous Learning: Adapt quickly to new methodologies and internal studio standards through ongoing hands-on training.
Qualifications & Experience
Mindset Over Mastery: A strong problem-solving mindset with a demonstrated history of using technology to tackle creative challenges. (Advanced node-based proficiency, e.g., ComfyUI, is a plus but can be trained if the core tech-creative mindset is present).
Generative AI Fluency: Deep engagement with the generative AI space. Active user or ambassador of platforms such as Runway, Luma/Dream Machine, Midjourney, Magnific, Krea, Flora, Figma Weave, or similar tools.
Background & Industry Experience: Experience in tech-focused creative environments, startups, or AI innovation labs (rather than traditional advertising agencies).
Public/Portfolio Presence: A strong portfolio or public footprint (e.g., LinkedIn posts, personal projects) demonstrating active experimentation with new tech and AI tools.
