About Wonder

Wonder Studios is an AI-native film and content studio redefining how stories are told. We partner with global brands, artists, and studios to create world-class campaigns, films, and experiences that merge cinematic craft with cutting-edge AI technology.

Backed by leading global investors, Wonder recently closed a $12M seed round to accelerate its next phase of growth - expanding our team and building the future of storytelling.

Our work spans entertainment, advertising, and IP - collaborating with partners such as YouTube, Google DeepMind, Universal Music Group, Campfire Studios and leading global artists.

The Role

We’re hiring a Creative Technologist to join our New York team and play a hands-on role in how work is developed and produced at Wonder. You’ll work closely with the US Creative Director and Producer as part of small, cross-disciplinary teams across concept development, storytelling, and production.

This is a highly practical role. You’ll contribute directly to pitches and live projects, executing creative work across agency-facing branded campaigns and original studio projects - including commercials, music videos, episodic IP, and longer-form storytelling. You’ll be responsible for turning ideas into clear, compelling visual narratives through AI-driven workflows.

You’ll also help define, test, and apply emerging AI technologies across the creative process, from ideation through delivery. The role requires strong creative judgment, comfort working quickly and iteratively, and a point of view on how AI can expand cinematic storytelling at scale.

Key Responsibilities

  • Help execute creative work across agency-facing branded campaigns and original studio projects, including commercials, music videos, documentaries, and episodic or long-form content.
  • Support pitches and project development through the creation of pitch decks, storyboards, and still and motion visual materials.
  • Experiment with emerging AI technologies to develop and test new workflows for previsualization, production, and post-production.
  • Integrate proven AI workflows into active projects, supporting faster iteration and expanded creative output from ideation through delivery.
  • Collaborate closely with the Creative Director, Producer, and wider creative team, executing delegated work that contributes to larger creative solutions.
  • Translate client briefs into compelling visual concepts and narratives, leveraging AI to deliver faster, smarter, and more immersive campaigns.
  • Stay ahead of trends in content and AI, bringing fresh insights to the studio’s approach.
  • Help structure and scale creative workflows to maintain efficiency without compromising experimentation.

You Should Have

  • 2 - 4 years of experience in creative roles within agency, studio, content, media or tech environments.
  • Demonstrated experience using generative AI tools in creative production, such as Midjourney, Google Nanobanana / Veo, Runway, Kling, Flux, ComfyUI, or similar.
  • A portfolio demonstrating strong visual design, conceptual thinking, and AI-integrated workflows (narrative work is a plus).
  • Strong art direction skills and an eye for storytelling across still, motion, and interactive formats.
  • Experience working on multi-platform campaigns and digital content.
  • Comfort working in fast-moving, iterative environments.
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills, including confidence presenting ideas internally.
  • Proficiency with Canva, Notion, and Google Slides.
  • Ability to balance speed and experimentation with high creative standards.

Nice to Have

  • Familiarity with traditional filmmaking workflows.
  • Experience with motion design, 2D/3D animation, VFX, or related tools.
  • Experience with post-production software such as Premiere Pro, Final Cut After Effects, or DaVinci Resolve.

Why Join Wonder

  • Be part of an AI-native studio redefining how stories are created and produced.
  • Work across high-profile branded campaigns and original studio projects, including films, music videos, documentaries, and episodic content.
  • Use cutting-edge AI tools as a core part of the creative process—not an add-on.
  • Collaborate with world-class creatives, technologists, and storytellers.
  • Grow with a fast-scaling studio, with clear opportunities to take on greater creative ownership and leadership.
