This role is focused on building and nurturing a strong, engaged community of creators for the AI Awareness campaign.The person in this position will be responsible for organizing and maintaining the creator network, ensuring that contributors are aligned with the campaign’s goals, feel motivated to participate, and deliver content in line with the provided briefs. Additionally, the role involves proactively expanding the creator community by attracting and onboarding new talent beyond the initial network, helping scale the campaign’s reach and impact.
What You’ll DoSet up the systems and processes to manage and support the creator community effectively.
- Create and maintain the creator participation tracker (shows confirmed, tentative, declined).
- Build the campaign asset library (scripts, graphics, messaging documents) including the creator onboarding materials
- Improve campaign briefs and materials as needed, to make them clear, compelling, and engaging for creators
- Set up and manage a central communication platform (e.g. Discord) for creators.
Drive creator participation and partnerships.
- Proactively source and onboard new creator partners (through peer networks almost entirely)
- Manage the creator onboarding workflow once creators agree
- Distribute campaign assets to creators (scripts, visual assets, calls-to-action, landing pages)
- Act as the main point of contact, providing creators with the resources and connections they need (e.g., content assets, expert access)
- Build relationships with creators to maintain trust, excitement, and momentum leading up to launch
Coordinate the campaign launch and monitor activities in real time.
- Keep a master schedule of creator posts and coordinate their release timing.
- Monitor creator production progress before launch.
- Monitor creator uploads on launch day.
- Watch engagement spikes and campaign activity.
- Coordinate rapid troubleshooting during launch.
- Maintain a real-time dashboard of campaign activity.
- Strong understanding of high-status and high-influence creators
- Excellent relationship-building and communication skills
- Natural ability to network and form partnerships
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple creators
- Proven experience in community management, keeping creator communities engaged through campaign launch

- Contribute to a mission-driven initiative with a broad impactful social impact.
- Be at the forefront of a global, creator-led campaign protecting human creativity and advocating for a human-led world in the age of AIs that risk taking control
