Role Overview

The Creator Manager will own creator and influencer partnerships end to end, ensuring scalable, compliant, and performance driven creator supply that supports growth objectives across influencer, paid social, and emerging channels. This role sits at the intersection of creators, performance marketing, and platform strategy.

The Creator Manager is responsible for sourcing, onboarding, managing, and optimizing creators while maintaining quality, compliance, and efficiency as the program scales.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and manage a scalable pipeline of creators across performance driven channels (UGC, influencer, affiliate-adjacent creators
  • Own creator onboarding, contracting, compliance, and quality standards
  • Coordinate monthly production (scripts, briefs, timelines, delivery)
  • Manage comms with creators + affiliates in built channels (slack, dm, discord)
  • Manage creator output against performance KPIs (CTR, CVR etc)
  • Act as primary point of contact for creators and creator partners/agencies 
  • Partner closely with Growth, Media, and Ops teams to align creator output with performance goals
  • Identify underperforming supply and take corrective action (optimization, replacement, or pause)
  • Maintain documentation, reporting, and feedback loops to inform optimization and scaling
  • Share creator feedback with sales, growth and necessary teams in order to identify new opportunities 
Must-Have Qualifications
  • 3–6+ years experience in creator management, influencer marketing, or performance partnerships
  • Strong understanding of performance marketing fundamentals (attribution, CPA, LTV, creative testing)
  • Experience managing multiple creators simultaneously in a structured, repeatable way
  • Proven ability to enforce quality standards and compliance requirements
  • Strong project management and communication skills
  • Comfortable operating in fast-moving, ambiguous environments with non traditional hours
Preferred / Differentiators
  • Experience with UGC for paid acquisition (Meta, TikTok, Shorts, etc.)
  • Familiarity with affiliate or performance-based creator models
  • Experience working cross functionally with Growth, Media Buying, or Product teams
  • Data driven mindset with comfort interpreting performance dashboards
  • Prior experience scaling creator programs from early on
