About Us

At #paid, we’re on a mission to empower creators to do what they love—create. Our marketplace connects vetted creators with some of the world’s most iconic brands, like McDonald’s, Samsung, and Disney, fostering authentic collaborations that drive real business results. We’ve built a marketplace that solves big challenges in the creator ecosystem, from fair pricing to algorithmic matching and content usage rights, ensuring every partnership is seamless and impactful.

With our proprietary technology and an unwavering commitment to trust and transparency, we’re revolutionizing the way brands and creators come together to make magic. Rated #1 for customer support and managed services, #paid is leading the creator marketing space. Through innovative technology and a team of ambitious humans, we're transforming the future of the creator economy.

The Role

You'll own the day-to-day execution of creator campaigns and roster management in our Creator Operations team. This role is foundational to how we deliver value to clients and scale our business—every accurate roster, clean data point, and timely communication directly impacts our ability to hit aggressive growth goals for 2027. You'll report to the Creator Operations lead and work directly with CSMs, Product, Finance, and RevOps to keep campaigns running smoothly.

Responsibilities

  • Build and manage creator rosters for assigned campaigns (post-sale), using established criteria and collaborative guidance from CSMs
  • Execute day-to-day campaign operations following SOPs and playbooks—managing ~20–30 campaigns per month at full ramp
  • Own campaign and creator data accuracy in real time, ensuring our CRM and internal tools reflect current information
  • Communicate with creators via our platform and support desk (Zendesk), using templates and guidelines to provide clear, empathetic responses
  • Identify and escalate issues appropriately, learning from patterns to improve processes over time
  • Collaborate cross-functionally—primarily with CSMs on rostering, plus product, finance, and RevOps teams on process improvements

To be successful, you'll need to

    Technical & Practical Skills

  • Baseline Excel and Google Sheets skills—comfortable with formulas, filtering, and data organization
  • Clear, prompt written and verbal communication, especially in customer-facing and peer interactions
  • Ability to work efficiently in our CRM and support-desk tools (we use Zendesk); prior exposure is a plus but not required
  • Experience & Background

  • 1–2+ years in operations, coordination, or high-volume task-management (e.g., agency, talent coordination, account management, or similar)
  • Demonstrated problem-solving and initiative—comfort taking on foundational work and finding efficiencies
  • A genuine understanding of creator economy fundamentals and the ability to assess creator/brand fit
  • How You Work

  • Bias to action: You move quickly and make decisions with incomplete information when needed
  • Positive intent: You assume good intent from teammates and creators, even in challenging situations
  • Takes feedback well: You implement constructive feedback without needing to be right; ego is secondary to the mission
  • Team-first mentality: You celebrate team wins and pitch in where needed, even outside your core responsibilities
  • Resilient with change: We're in a transformation year—you thrive in evolving processes, not just tolerate them

About you

You're organized and detail-oriented, but you're not rigid. You see the value in getting data and process right, and you actually enjoy solving the operational puzzles that keep campaigns running. You're curious about how creators and brands connect, and you have good judgment about what makes a fit. You take initiative to suggest improvements and learn from mistakes without spiraling. You're comfortable working async and in remote environments, and you communicate clearly when you need help or have a blocker. You're genuinely excited to do the foundational work and grow into bigger responsibilities as the team scales.
