Alongside our network and marketplace, we’re launching new product lines including Contra for Companies, Contra Ads Network, and Creative RLHF & Evaluation Services for AI labs and creative-tool companies.

Responsibilities:

  • You’ll be reaching out to creatives across Instagram and X, introducing them to Contra, and helping them see how joining our ecosystem can level up their careers.
  • This is part community-building, part creative outreach, and 100% relationship-driven.
  • You’ll help onboard creatives to build and maintain a strong network of creative professionals and industry contacts, ensuring a steady pipeline of exceptional talent.

  • You know what makes a great creative portfolio or project, and can spot talent fast.
  • You’re scrappy and creative, with ideas on how to connect with people in unexpected ways.

Requirement:

  • Based in NYC, USA
  • In Office (Williamsburg)

Comp

  • 3-month contract to full-time hire
  • Salary: $30-40/hour USD

Interview Process

  3. Paid Presentation + Case Study (60 minutes)
