Creator Partnership Coordinator - Contractor

About third

Third is a modern-commerce growth company helping brands turn new and emerging platforms into real sales channels.

Our integrated acquisition strategy connects best-in-class teams across TikTok, Whatnot, Meta, Snap, and beyond - eliminating the need to stitch together multiple partners.

Third blends deep niche expertise with modern execution to launch, operate, and scale commerce on new platforms, transforming culture, creators, and content into real product sales.

The Engagement

Third is looking for a U.S.-based independent contractor to support creator partnerships for a European social commerce program.

This is a hands-on opportunity for someone who loves keeping a lot of moving pieces organized and enjoys working at the intersection of creators, commerce, and operations. You’ll help manage the creator journey from sourcing and outreach through negotiation, contracting, deliverable tracking, and payment coordination.

What You’ll Do

  • Source and outreach to creators
  • Negotiate rates and deliverables within campaign guidelines
  • Coordinate contracts and creator onboarding
  • Track deliverables, credits, payments, and campaign status
  • Follow up with creators to keep timelines moving
  • Coordinate with internal Finance and client-facing teams as needed
  • Keep creator activity organized across spreadsheets and multiple platforms
  • Utilize multiple platforms on a day to day basis including TikTok, Instagram, Slack, Google Sheets, DocuSign, Ramp and Airtable

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience in creator partnerships, influencer marketing, social commerce, affiliate marketing, or a related area
  • Exceptionally strong organization and attention to detail
  • Strong Technical abilities across multiple online platforms including Tik Tok, Instagram, Slack, Google Sheets, DocuSign, Ramp and Airtable
  • Comfort managing multiple creators and priorities at once
  • Strong written communication and negotiation skills
  • Resourceful, proactive, and comfortable working independently
  • TikTok, Whatnot, or creator-platform experience is a plus
  • French or German language skills are a plus, but not required

Why This Engagement Matters

Creators are at the center of social commerce, but great campaigns depend on strong execution behind the scenes.

This role helps make sure the outreach, contracts, deliverables, and payments all stay on track - and gives the right person real ownership of a fast-moving process.

Contract Engagement

This is a part-time independent contractor / 1099 engagement supporting a defined creator program.

  • Duration: Approximately 6 months
  • Time Commitment: Approximately 15–20 hours per week
  • Location: Remote; contractor must be U.S.-based
  • Compensation: $25-$30/hour
  • Schedule: Work can generally be completed during regular U.S. business hours, with some flexibility needed to communicate with EU-based creators and clients
  • Work Style: Best suited for someone who can independently manage their workload, priorities, follow-up, and deadlines within the agreed scope of work

The contractor will work closely with Third team members while independently managing the day-to-day execution of the engagement. This engagement does not include employee benefits or paid time off.
