About the Role

Suno is looking for a strategic, entrepreneurial, and analytical Sr. Manager of Creator Partnerships to lead our in-house creator success and content program that engages and nurtures creators and musicians on Suno, while delighting users and fan communities.

This role blends internal strategy and execution oversight, with the external relationship-building and creative relationship-building. You’ll manage day-to-day priorities across the creator org, helping to define, analyze, and refine programs, while unlocking high-impact partnerships that help define Suno’s role in the next era of music.

This role is ideal for a high-agency generalist who thrives in ambiguous, fast-paced environments and who loves both music and tech. You’ll be deeply involved in everything from helping to share our overall creator strategy and building intuition and testing content formats that work on Suno. You should be analytical, creative, and operationally savvy. You should love a good brainstorming session, while thriving in a get-it-done-urgently environment.

What You’ll Do
  • Scale our in-house creator program to 1k+ creators posting videos consistently on Suno

  • Scale the amount of high-quality videos and music posted on Suno to 10k+ short-form videos monthly

  • Create programs to help us identify our best creators and musicians on Suno, and continue scaling our creators and content MoM

  • Manage a creator success team that scales our programs to millions of creators and content, while being able to get in the weeds when first building out the programs

  • Bring external creators onto Suno and help them succeed on Suno; source creators, negotiate contracts, and build long-lasting relationships

  • Analyze performance with data and optimize for impact

  • Test and seed content formats that will succeed on Suno on both the creation and consumption side

  • Develop strong intuition and conviction around what to focus on that will lead to creator growth + retention, user growth + retention, and growing our content feed

  • Collaborate with Product team closely to align messaging and objectives

  • Champion experimentation: test new content types, platforms, and creator formats

  • Stay on the pulse of social platform trends and creator economy shifts

What You’ll Need
  • 6+ years experience in creator programs, musician programs, influencer marketing/partnerships, and content platforms

  • Proven record of executing and growing creator programs across TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, etc.,

  • Deep understanding of content creation, social media platforms, and algorithms

  • Deep understanding or willingness to explore artist and fan communities, and how to support both sides of the ecosystem

  • Proficient in using Suno (or quickly learning it) to make music and content

  • Experience building and managing a scalable creator and content pipeline

  • Think strategically and also drive forward tactical execution

  • Exemplary project management skills, with strong ability to juggle multiple priorities and excel in a lean and demanding work environment

  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to adapt and work effectively with a team

Compensation:

$160,000 - $200,000 per year + equity
