Position Title: Creator Success Coordinator

Reports to: Team Lead, Creator Success
Location: Remote
Role Type: Full-Time

About the role

The Creator Success Coordinator is the first point of contact for creators and plays a critical role in delivering an exceptional creator experience. This role manages creator communications across multiple channels, responds to inbound support inquiries, moderates creator communities, and supports the execution of Creator Success programs and events.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, customer-focused, and thrives wearing many hats. They are an exceptional communicator, passionate about the creator economy, and enjoy balancing day-to-day execution with creative projects and operational support.

How you will make an impact

  • Serve as the first line of support by managing creator tickets and inquiries with exceptional customer service and timely follow-up.
  • Moderate creator communities and social media channels, fostering positive engagement and escalating issues when appropriate.
  • Manage creator communications across email, social platforms, blogs, and other creator-facing channels.
  • Write blog posts, announcements, newsletters, and educational content that keeps creators informed and engaged.
  • Build polished presentations, spreadsheets, reports, and executive-ready decks to support team initiatives and creator communications.
  • Coordinate Zoom webinars, virtual events, meetings, and creator engagement sessions.
  • Assist with creator events, webinars, and community programming through communications, logistics, and operational support.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to support Creator Success initiatives, improve processes, and enhance the creator experience.
  • Stay informed on creator economy trends, social media platforms, and best practices to better support creators.
  • Balance multiple projects and priorities while maintaining exceptional attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.

What you will bring to LTK

  • 2+ years of experience in customer support, creator success, community management, customer experience, marketing, or a related field.
  • Exceptional customer service experience with a passion for helping people succeed.
  • Experience managing social media communities or online engagement.
  • Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills with experience creating blogs, communications, or educational content.
  • Experience creating presentations in Google Slides or PowerPoint and working in Google Sheets or Excel.
  • Experience coordinating Zoom meetings, webinars, or virtual events.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and an interest in the creator economy.
  • Experience with Zendesk, HubSpot, Google Workspace, or similar CRM and support tools is preferred.
