OVERVIEW OF THE COMPANY

Fox Corporation

Under the FOX banner, we produce and distribute content through some of the world’s leading and most valued brands, including: FOX News Media, FOX Sports, FOX Entertainment, FOX Television Stations and Tubi Media Group. We empower a diverse range of creators to imagine and develop culturally significant content, while building an organization that thrives on creative ideas, operational expertise and strategic thinking.

JOB DESCRIPTION

We’re building a next-generation podcast hosting, distribution, and monetization platform that brings audio, video, subscriptions, and AI-driven tools into a single ecosystem. Our goal is to give creators and publishers better insights, greater control over monetization, and seamless distribution across formats.

ABOUT THE ROLE

We’re looking for a Creator Success Specialist, Speakeasy to lead the onboarding and migration experience for enterprise creators, publishers, and network partners.

This person will own the process of moving new customers onto the platform, from initial planning and technical setup through launch, training, and post-migration support. You will coordinate closely with creators and their teams to understand their existing publishing workflows, develop clear migration plans, manage key milestones, and ensure that each transition is accurate, organized, and seamless.

You will also serve as a front-line platform expert, helping customers troubleshoot issues, optimize their workflows, and get the most out of our tools. A critical part of the role will be building scalable customer education resources, including FAQs, migration guides, onboarding materials, help-center articles, and other customer-facing documentation.

This is not a call-center role. It is a hands-on, highly organized position for someone who understands how creators produce, publish, distribute, and monetize content. At this stage of the platform, you will play a meaningful role in defining the customer experience, improving internal processes, and informing product development.

A SNAPSHOT OF YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Own onboarding and platform migrations for enterprise creators, publishers, and network partners.
  • Develop and manage detailed migration plans, timelines, requirements, and launch checklists.
  • Coordinate with customers and internal teams to migrate RSS feeds, content libraries, distribution settings, analytics, monetization configurations, and related platform data.
  • Guide customers through account setup, platform configuration, training, testing, launch, and post-migration support.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact throughout the onboarding and migration process, providing clear and proactive communication to customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Identify potential migration risks, dependencies, and technical issues and work cross-functionally to resolve them before launch.
  • Serve as a front-line resource for ongoing publisher support through email, chat, and occasional calls.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues across hosting, publishing, distribution, analytics, and monetization tools.
  • Reproduce bugs, document issues clearly, and work closely with Product and Engineering to drive resolution.
  • Develop, organize, and maintain customer-facing documentation, including FAQs, onboarding guides, migration instructions, troubleshooting resources, and platform best practices.
  • Maintain internal documentation, support procedures, and standardized onboarding playbooks.
  • Educate customers on platform features, analytics, monetization capabilities, and recommended workflows.
  • Identify patterns in customer questions and support issues and proactively recommend improvements to the product, documentation, and onboarding experience.
  • Act as the voice of the customer internally, ensuring that customer needs and feedback are reflected in product and operational decisions.

WHAT YOU WILL NEED

  • 2–5 years of experience in customer onboarding, customer support, implementation, operations, account management, or a similar role at a media, SaaS, or creator-focused platform.
  • Experience managing customer onboarding, implementation, or migration projects with multiple stakeholders and deadlines.
  • Strong understanding of podcast publishing workflows, including RSS feeds, hosting, distribution, analytics, and platforms such as Megaphone, Art19, Libsyn, Simplecast, or similar.
  • Excellent project-management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple migrations and customer conversations simultaneously.
  • Strong written communication skills and experience translating technical processes into clear, customer-friendly documentation.
  • Comfort troubleshooting technical issues and working with Product and Engineering teams.
  • Basic understanding of analytics platforms, reporting, and performance metrics.
  • Highly detail-oriented, responsive, and accountable.
  • Ability to communicate confidently and professionally with creators, executives, production teams, and technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment where processes and products are still evolving.

NICE TO HAVE, BUT NOT A DEALBREAKER

  • Experience working directly with enterprise podcast creators, publisher networks, or digital media companies.
  • Experience migrating shows or content libraries between podcast hosting platforms.
  • Familiarity with video publishing workflows, including YouTube and social platforms.
  • Familiarity with podcast ad technology and monetization, including dynamic ad insertion, programmatic advertising, and ad-marker configuration.
  • Experience developing help centers, FAQs, onboarding materials, or customer education programs.
  • Experience with support and documentation tools such as Zendesk, Intercom, Help Scout, Notion, Confluence, or similar.

WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE

  • Enterprise creators and publishers move onto the platform smoothly, accurately, and on schedule.
  • Customers receive clear communication and understand what is required at every stage of onboarding and migration.
  • Migration risks and technical issues are identified early and resolved efficiently.
  • Customers feel confident using the platform following launch.
  • FAQs, help-center content, and onboarding materials are comprehensive, current, and easy to understand.
  • Common support questions are reduced through stronger documentation and proactive customer education.
  • Customer feedback meaningfully improves the platform, onboarding process, and overall user experience.
