What You Will Do:

Our client is seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Credit Operations Manager to join their Credit Operations Team. The ideal candidate will have 5–8 years of experience in credit investment operations and will support the operational infrastructure of the firm's private credit platform, with responsibility for liquidity management, loan operations, portfolio monitoring, fund accounting support, and investment data integrity. This role requires strong knowledge of credit products, financing facilities, investment servicing, and the ability to collaborate across Investment, Treasury, Legal, Compliance, Fund Accounting, Investor Relations, and external counterparties. Experience with loan administration and maintaining investment data integrity is highly preferred.

Liquidity & Facility Management
  • Oversee daily liquidity across multiple funds, including ABL borrowing bases, subscription line availability, and cash management to support investment activity and trade settlements.
  • Manage collateral and margin processes, including daily monitoring, margin calls, collateral resets, and interest payments.
  • Coordinate ABL facility closings, amendments, extensions, and covenant compliance with legal counsel, lenders, treasury, and fund accounting.
  • Support derivatives operations, including TRS, FX hedging, and other financing activities.
Loan Operations & Trade Support
  • Manage trade allocations, loan settlements, and investment servicing across multiple funds.
  • Coordinate corporate actions, restructurings, and liability management transactions with fund administrators, custodians, tax advisors, and internal teams.
  • Maintain credit agreement data integrity by reconciling executed loan documentation with portfolio management systems.
Counterparty Management
  • Serve as the primary operational contact for banking partners, financing counterparties, custodians, and derivatives providers.
  • Lead counterparty onboarding, KYC documentation, regulatory compliance, and operational due diligence.
  • Support governance and reporting for the firm's Counterparty Oversight Committee.
Portfolio Monitoring & Fund Operations
  • Maintain portfolio monitoring dashboards, interest accruals, SOFR repricing workflows, valuation reconciliations, and portfolio analytics.
  • Support quarterly valuation processes through pricing reviews, third-party valuation coordination, and reconciliation of internal and administrator marks.
  • Build and maintain investment realization tracking and Gross IRR reporting.
Fund Accounting & Investor Reporting
  • Prepare and reconcile portfolio data for quarterly investor reporting and Limited Partner deliverables.
  • Support monthly NAV close and P&L reconciliations with external fund administrators.
  • Partner with Investment, Investor Relations, and Fund Accounting teams on fundraising support, LP due diligence requests, board materials, and quarterly reporting packages.
  • Review the Schedule of Investments and other financial reporting deliverables for accuracy and completeness.
