The Opportunity
The Credit Risk Solutions Support role is a key position within OptimaFI’s loan review operations, supporting the full engagement lifecycle, from proposal and renewal processes through post-review reporting. This role assists the management team with both recurring and time-sensitive tasks, including data entry, tracking outstanding items, coordinating documentation, and supporting the preparation of review materials and reports. The position plays an important role in maintaining organized workflows and ensuring efficient execution of loan review operations. This role also offers opportunities for growth and expanded responsibilities within OptimaFI’s loan review function.
Key Responsibilities
Loan Review Support
- Support proposal, renewal, and post-review processes
- Track and follow up on outstanding items to ensure timely completion
- Coordinate documentation and assist in preparing accurate, high-quality review materials and reports
Operations & Execution
- Manage recurring and time-sensitive tasks with strong attention to detail and follow-through
- Prioritize effectively across competing demands in a fast-moving environment
- Use multiple systems and tools to support team workflows and deliverables
- Provide timely, clear updates to management, maintaining transparency and alignment
Team Coordination
- Work closely with the SVP, Manager, and loan review team to keep work progressing smoothly
- Support team execution by identifying gaps, resolving issues, and keeping processes on track
- Identify opportunities to improve workflows and reduce friction over time
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma required; some college preferred
- Minimum 3 years of administrative or support experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel)
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in loan review, credit analysis, or direct lending
- Familiarity with banking regulations and credit risk best practices

The annual base salary range for this role is $60,000 – $65,000 USD. This range represents base salary only. In addition to base salary, this role may be eligible for bonus, profit sharing, and other incentives and benefits.
We are committed to equitable and transparent compensation practices. Our ranges are informed by market data and reflect the dynamic nature of today’s labor market. Final compensation will be determined based on factors such as experience, skills and location.
