The Opportunity:

Shutterstock is looking for a passionate CRM Administrator to join our Global Customer Care (GCC) Operations team. Reporting to the Senior Manager, GCC Operations, you’ll support our global team of approximately 75 as well as provide support within Product Operations, Customer Care, CRM, and more!

Note: The CRM Administrator will sit in our New York City office and there is no opportunity for a remote position. We are not seeking any Salesforce Developers. 

Responsibilities:

  • Provide day-to-day Salesforce support for the GCC team, including but not limited to:
    • creating and managing roles, profiles, and users;
    • creating and updating fields and picklists; and
    • customizing objects and layouts
  • Track, prioritize, and respond to CRM change requests and bug reports from GCC team
  • Manage third party vendors and managed apps, such as Phone, Quality Control and Contract Management Apps
  • Coordinate with company-wide CRM team, representing the needs of the Global Customer Care team in large projects and supporting roll-out of any system changes
  • Any other support or operational responsibilities as they arise.

Requirements:

  • BA/BS Degree and at least 2 years experience with Salesforce administration
  • Thorough understanding of workflow, visual workflow, and process builder
  • Ability to multitask with superior time-management and organization skills
  • Strong qualitative and quantitative mathematical skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to embrace new technology, applications and solutions
  • You’re a self-motivated team player, unfazed by change
  • JIRA experience

Bonus Qualifications:

  • Certified Salesforce Administrator
  • Knowledge and use of Apex Dataloader
  • Eloqua experience
  • Experience with Apttus, DocuSign, Distribution Engine, 8x8 and New Voice Media
  • Familiarity with Change and Release Management processes
