Position Summary:

The CRM Coordinator is an integral member of the Marketing and Business Development team, responsible for the day-to-day management, quality, accuracy, and integrity of the Firm’s CRM database, InterAction. This role serves as a key steward of Firmwide CRM data, ensuring reliable, high-quality information that supports effective Marketing and Business Development initiatives.

In addition to core CRM data management responsibilities, the CRM Coordinator provides secondary support for reporting and analytics, user training, and select marketing technology initiatives. The role reports to the Senior Manager of Client Relationship Management.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Day-to-day data entry and maintenance of InterAction, including updating contact and organization records, profiling information, and resolving conflicts
  • Manage the Data Change Management Inbox and Cirrom data processing workflows
  • Monitor overall CRM health by identifying missing, invalid, stagnant, or duplicate data
  • Support the CRM team in maintaining consistent data practices and Firmwide data governance standards
  • Track and report on CRM health metrics, including total contacts, missing or invalid data, stagnant and engaged contacts, and mailing list trends
  • Prepare CRM and mailing related reports, including contact, relationship, and activity reports
  • Collaborate with the Senior Manager of CRM to support the development and execution of Firmwide CRM strategy
  • Provide support and serve as backup to the Senior Manager of CRM for user access, account management, and system configurations
  • Apply advanced InterAction functionality (e.g., reporting, data imports, contact resolution and merging, folder linking, advanced searching, and database maintenance) to support business development efforts
  • Liaise with all users (lawyers, secretaries and other team members) to support client projects, Firmwide relationship reporting, and data quality initiatives

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree required
  • 3+ years of CRM experience, preferably with InterAction
  • Hands on experience with Vuture preferred
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and work effectively within a high volume, deadline sensitive environment
  • Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work independently and as a member of a team
The actual salary offered will be based on a number of factors including but not limited to the qualifications of the applicant, years of relevant experience, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and if applicable, the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job.
New York Salary Range
$70,000$85,000 USD
