About Us
BRIGHTSCOUT is a global B2B branding and development agency specializing in elevating emerging tech businesses through uniquely crafted brands and standout apps. Comprised of top-tier talent worldwide, we offer a powerful blend of exquisite design, robust development, and strategic acumen. More than a company, BRIGHTSCOUT is a tribe dedicated to disrupting the tech industry with bold ideas and collaborative genius.

The Role

As a CRO Specialist at BRIGHTSCOUT, you will turn our clients' websites into measurable growth engines. You'll own the hands-on execution of conversion rate optimization: analyzing data and user behavior, running A/B tests, and optimizing landing pages so more of the right visitors become qualified leads.

You'll work closely with our SEO-AEO Strategist, Growth Strategist, Designers, Developers, and Project Managers to ship experiments fast, read results rigorously, and turn data into clear recommendations for B2B tech and SaaS clients.

Responsibilities

  • Set up and maintain conversion tracking (GA4, Google Tag Manager, CRM events) so data is accurate and trustworthy.
  • Analyze funnels, traffic sources, and user behavior (heatmaps, scroll maps, session recordings) to find drop-offs and conversion opportunities.
  • Own each client's CRO roadmap, turning insights into data-backed hypotheses prioritized with a clear framework (e.g., ICE, PIE).
  • Design, build, QA, and launch A/B tests, defining success metrics, sample size, and duration up front.
  • Analyze test results with statistical rigor and keep a shared log of learnings across clients.
  • Build and monitor reporting dashboards to track conversion performance and test results.
  • Optimize landing pages, forms, CTAs, pricing pages, and demo/lead-gen flows for B2B buying journeys.
  • Partner with Designers, Copy, and Developers on test variations, page speed, and mobile performance.
  • Work with the SEO-AEO Strategist to make sure optimizations protect organic and AI-search visibility.
  • Deliver CRO audits and present results and prioritized recommendations to clients in a clear, non-technical way.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of hands-on CRO experience, ideally in an agency, B2B, or SaaS environment.
  • Proven track record of A/B tests that drove measurable conversion improvements (case studies preferred).
  • Strong proficiency with GA4 and Google Tag Manager, including event tracking and funnel reports.
  • Experience with experimentation platforms (e.g., Optimizely, Convert, or similar) and behavior tools (e.g., Hotjar, Microsoft Clarity).
  • Solid understanding of testing statistics: significance, sample size, and common pitfalls.
  • Working knowledge of UX/UI principles and persuasive copywriting for landing pages.
  • Comfortable with basic HTML/CSS/JavaScript to build or adjust test variations.
  • Strong communication skills, able to turn complex data into clear stories for non-technical stakeholders.
  • Organized and able to manage multiple client experiments in parallel.
  • Advanced English (written and spoken).

Nice to have

  • Experience with CRMs (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Attio) to tie conversions to pipeline and lead quality.
  • Experience with Webflow, WordPress, or headless CMSs (e.g., Sanity, Payload), and Looker Studio.
  • Basic SEO and AEO knowledge, and how testing can affect organic performance and discoverability in LLMs.

Our Values

  • Lead with Heart: We build honest, trusting relationships and care for each other.
  • Break Convention: We seek bold ideas, we transform fearless creativity into tangible results.
  • Bring Order to the Chaos: We transform complexity into clarity.
  • Be a Champion: We strive for excellence.
