Lead CRO efforts for internal sites and funnels: conduct audits, analyze behavior and performance, develop hypotheses, run A/B and multivariate tests, create wireframes and QA tests, document learnings, maintain a CRO roadmap, optimize forms/CTAs/funnels, report insights to leadership, and mentor junior teammates.

We’re looking for a detail-oriented CRO Specialist to support the ongoing optimization of My Amazon Guy’s internal websites and funnels. This role is focused on improving user experience, conversion rates, and engagement across our own platforms. Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive CRO audits for internal-facing sites, including the main marketing site, hiring pages, lead magnets, and internal dashboards.
- Analyze site performance using behavioral and quantitative tools to detect drop-offs, bottlenecks, and friction points.
- Develop clear hypotheses and execute A/B or multivariate tests, ensuring rigorous QA and clean data collection.
- Provide wireframes or annotated mockups to communicate proposed changes to dev and design teams.
- Own the setup, monitoring, and documentation of tests from concept to conclusion, summarizing learnings and impact.
- Identify underperforming web pages and provide actionable recommendations for improvement.
- Build and maintain a living CRO roadmap that outlines current tests, future opportunities, and backlogged ideas.
- Report performance insights regularly to leadership, highlighting what’s working and what needs iteration.
- Review and refine form designs, calls-to-action, and funnel flows to boost user engagement and conversion.
- Partner with copywriters and designers to refine messaging and layout based on user data and behavior.
- Stay current with CRO trends, UX best practices, and emerging tools/tech to keep us ahead of the curve.
- Help train or guide junior team members or collaborators as the CRO function grows internally.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience in CRO, digital experimentation, or UX analysis
- Strong understanding of basic A/B testing principles and user behavior analysis
- Familiarity with GA4, Hotjar, or similar analytics tools
- Comfortable working within WordPress, ClickFunnels, or similar web platforms
- Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail
- Excellent written documentation and communication skills
- Proactive, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple priorities
- Experience working in a remote or agency-style environment is a plus
- A dual Monitor setup is required (at least 8GB of RAM)
- Must have at least 25 MBPS internet speed
