ManageAmerica is seeking a Customer Enablement Manager to educate, engage, and support owners and operators of manufactured housing communities using our enterprise software platform. This role is responsible for delivering impactful training programs, conducting software demonstrations, and helping customers understand how to leverage technology to improve the day-to-day management of their communities. 

The ideal candidate has deep experience in the manufactured housing industry and a strong background training users on SaaS applications. They can translate complex software features into practical, real-world workflows that resonate with community owners, operators, and property management teams. This individual will work closely with Sales, Implementation, Customer Success, and Product teams to ensure customers are confident, engaged, and positioned for success throughout their journey. 

 

 Essential Functions 

  • Deliver engaging training programs for community owners, operators, managers, and staff using ManageAmerica software. 
  • Translate complex software features into practical, real-world workflows that support daily manufactured housing operations in how they actually operate. 
  • Conduct product demonstrations for prospective customers in partnership with the Sales team. 
  • Partner with Sales to demonstrate how ManageAmerica solves specific operational problems. 
  • Support customer onboarding and adoption efforts by collaborating closely with the Implementation team. 
  • Develop and maintain training materials, user guides, webinars, and other educational resources. 
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on manufactured housing operations and software best practices. 
  • Provide customer feedback and training insights to Sales, Product, Customer Success, and Implementation teams. 
  • Stay current on product enhancements, industry trends, and operational best practices to ensure training content remains relevant and effective. 
  • Assist customers in identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and maximize value from the software platform. 
  • Build trusted relationships with customers and deliver a positive, consultative training experience throughout the customer life cyclto support client solutioning. 
  • Understand customer business challenges and recommend workflows and best practices using ManageAmerica. 

 

Qualifications 

  • 5-7 years of experience as a SaaS Trainer, Software Trainer, or Customer Education Specialist within the manufactured housing industry. 
  • Demonstrated experience training end users on enterprise software platforms. 
  • Experience conducting product demonstrations as part of the sales process. 
  • Hands-on experience working with manufactured housing community owners, operators, or management teams. 
  • Proven ability to drive software adoption and customer engagement. 
  • Direct experience using ManageAmerica software strongly preferred. 
  • Previous experience working for a manufactured housing owner/operator, management
     company, or industry software provider. 
  • Experience supporting software implementations, onboarding, or customer success initiatives. 
  • Knowledge of accounting, property management, and operational workflows within manufactured housing communities. 

 

EducationExperience, and Certification 

  • High school diploma or equivalent required. 
  • Relevant professional experience is valued more highly than formal education. 
  • Additional certifications in training, learning and development, customer education, or related fields are a plus. 

 

This position does not have supervisory responsibility. It is full-time, self-directed hours 

Travel 
Occasional travel, up to 10%  

Work Authorization  
Must be able to show documentation that shows authorization to legally work in the United States of America.
