About the role:

Our Customer Experience team is the most rapidly growing team at ClassPass and we pride ourselves on delivering incredible service to our valuable members. In this role, you have the opportunity to learn the ins-and-outs of ClassPass, provide an exceptional user experience, and build up other skills in analytics, social media, copywriting, and more.

We're looking for team members that love helping others and making people happy. You are the right fit if your writing and grammar skills are on par with a Pulitzer-winning author, you are able to multitask and apply a high level of detail to everything you do, and you provide excellent communication not only to customers but other internal teams at ClassPass.

Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries via email and chat
• Maintain a high satisfaction rating while hitting daily targets of email responses
• Identify site and app issues and communicate properly to internal teams

Requirements:

• Ability to represent ClassPass in the most positive, helpful and supportive way possible.
• Excellent writing and grammar skills
• Attention to detail for efficient and effective communication, externally and internally
• A team player and comfortable with an ever-changing startup environment
• Flexible schedule to accommodate evening and weekend shifts

• Salary range is $40k with potential overtime
