How you’ll make an impact

- Lead Regional Execution: You'll manage the day-to-day of the advisory boards in your region, from selecting members to planning and facilitating compelling workshops that deliver value to everyone involved.
- Build a Thriving Community: You'll build strong, lasting relationships with board members and manage our active Slack channels to keep the community engaged between meetings.
- Be a Cross-Functional Partner: You'll work closely with internal product, marketing, and leadership teams to ensure customer insights are shared and influence strategic decisions. You'll break down silos and remind everyone we're working toward a shared goal.
What You'll Bring With You
We're looking for someone who is a strategic thinker, a natural community-builder, and an incredible facilitator.
- Proven Experience: You have extensive experience in marketing or customer advocacy , with a proven track record of developing and managing successful customer advisory programs.
