We’re looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Customer & Operations Support Specialist to join our Lomography USA office based in Brooklyn. You’ll play a pivotal role in assisting with customers, ensuring seamless day-to-day order processing, and assisting with warehouse communications. You’ll work closely with the rest of the family-sized USA team and with our Online team on a global level. This is a great opportunity for someone passionate about photography, with the ability to connect daily with a global community of like-minded individuals and creatives.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Handle customer concerns via email, phone, or punctual in-person drop-by to the office

  • Process orders, pre-orders, returns, exchanges, review transactions and update our internal records accordingly for North America

  • File case evidences into our internal tools for quality control

  • Manage day-to-day operations and optimization of the B2B customer support

  • Coordinate logistics-related topics with the local warehouse

  • Management & tracking of the in-house product inventory

  • Generate weekly, monthly, and ad-hoc reports as needed

  • Punctually support the Marketing & Wholesale team for organizing local events or product showcase

REQUIREMENTS:

  • 1-2 years of experience in e-commerce, online retail, customer support or a similar role

  • Proficient in MS Office Suite and Google Suite, especially spreadsheets.

  • Strong organizational, and multitasking skills.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Understanding of the importance for excellent customer support

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

  • Knowledgeable about film photography and Lomography products

  • Fluency in English required; additional languages are a plus.
