We are seeking a friendly, professional, and customer-focused Customer Service Representative (CSR) to serve as the primary point of contact for customers. The Customer Service Representative will assist customers with questions, orders, account information, billing concerns, product or service issues, and general requests while ensuring a positive and professional customer experience.

The ideal candidate is an excellent communicator who can remain calm under pressure, resolve problems efficiently, manage multiple tasks, and build positive relationships with customers. This position requires strong attention to detail, patience, professionalism, and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities
Answer incoming customer calls, emails, chats, and other inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
Provide accurate information about products, services, pricing, policies, orders, accounts, and company procedures.
Listen carefully to customers to understand their needs, questions, and concerns.
Resolve customer complaints and service issues professionally and efficiently.
Research problems, identify appropriate solutions, and follow through until the issue is resolved.
Process customer orders, returns, exchanges, refunds, payments, cancellations, and account updates as applicable.
Assist customers with account setup, account maintenance, password or access issues, and general account questions.
Track customer interactions, requests, complaints, and resolutions accurately in the company's CRM or customer service system.
Escalate complex, sensitive, or unresolved issues to supervisors or appropriate departments.
Follow up with customers when necessary to ensure issues have been resolved and expectations have been met.
Maintain a thorough understanding of company products, services, systems, policies, and procedures.
Provide clear and accurate instructions to customers regarding products, services, processes, and next steps.
Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
Meet established customer service standards, productivity goals, response-time requirements, and quality expectations.
Handle confidential customer and company information responsibly.
Collaborate with sales, operations, billing, technical support, shipping, and other departments when necessary.
Identify recurring customer concerns and communicate trends or potential improvements to management.
Maintain accurate records and documentation of customer interactions.
Participate in training sessions, team meetings, and ongoing professional development.
Perform other customer service and administrative duties as assigned.
Customer Service Duties

The Customer Service Representative is expected to:

Greet and assist customers in a courteous and professional manner.
Demonstrate empathy and patience when handling difficult or frustrated customers.
De-escalate challenging situations and work toward mutually satisfactory solutions.
Explain policies and procedures clearly without creating unnecessary conflict.
Take ownership of customer concerns and ensure appropriate follow-through.
Protect customer privacy and confidential information.
Provide consistent service across phone, email, chat, and in-person interactions when applicable.
Administrative Responsibilities
Enter and update customer information accurately.
Process transactions and documentation as required.
Maintain organized customer records.
Prepare reports or summaries related to customer inquiries and service activity.
Monitor open cases, orders, or service requests and ensure timely resolution.
Coordinate with internal departments to resolve customer issues.
Follow company procedures for refunds, credits, replacements, cancellations, and escalations.
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Previous customer service, retail, call center, hospitality, administrative, or related experience preferred.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent listening and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Ability to remain professional and composed in stressful situations.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities effectively.
Basic computer skills and familiarity with email, internet applications, and office software.
Ability to learn new software, systems, and procedures quickly.
Ability to work independently while also contributing effectively to a team.
Preferred Qualifications
One or more years of customer service experience.
Experience working with CRM, ticketing, point-of-sale, order management, or customer support systems.
Experience handling high-volume customer inquiries.
Experience processing orders, payments, refunds, or account changes.
Bilingual or multilingual communication skills, depending on business needs.
Experience working in a call center or customer support environment.
