We are seeking a professional, customer-focused Customer Service Representative to serve as a primary point of contact for customers. The representative will assist customers with questions, orders, account concerns, product or service information, and general support while ensuring a positive and professional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries by phone, email, chat, or other communication channels.
  • Provide accurate information about products, services, orders, policies, and procedures.
  • Assist customers with account questions, billing concerns, returns, exchanges, and order issues.
  • Resolve customer complaints and concerns professionally and efficiently.
  • Process customer orders, updates, requests, and related documentation accurately.
  • Follow up with customers when additional information or assistance is required.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions.
  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department or supervisor when necessary.
  • Work closely with other departments to resolve customer issues and ensure timely service.
  • Maintain a professional, respectful, and helpful attitude in all customer interactions.
  • Protect confidential customer and company information.
  • Meet established service, quality, response-time, and productivity standards.
  • Stay informed about company policies, products, services, and procedures.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Previous customer service or related experience is helpful but may not be required.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent listening and problem-solving abilities.
  • Professional and courteous communication style.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple customer requests and prioritize tasks.
  • Comfortable using computers, email, customer-service platforms, and standard office software.
