Key Responsibilities

Customer Support & Communication

  • Resolve customer concerns, complaints, and issues efficiently and courteously
  • Escalate complex issues to supervisors or appropriate departments when necessary

Account & Order Assistance

  • Assist customers with account updates, password resets, billing inquiries, and order tracking
  • Process returns, refunds, exchanges, and service requests according to company policies
  • Update customer records and document interactions accurately in company systems
  • Verify customer information and maintain confidentiality

Problem Resolution

  • Identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
  • Troubleshoot basic technical or service-related issues
  • Follow established procedures to ensure timely issue resolution
  • Monitor unresolved cases and provide follow-up communication when needed

Administrative & Operational Support

  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
  • Meet productivity, response time, and customer satisfaction goals
