Customer Success Manager – Series B+ Tech Companies SegmentAbout Symbal

Symbal is transforming how high-growth companies build their teams. Our AI Recruiters automate sourcing, screening, and scheduling for some of the fastest-scaling technology companies in the world — from Series B startups to pre-IPO unicorns. We help talent teams reduce time-to-fill by 70%, slash costs, and provide a candidate experience that wins top talent in a competitive market.

We’re looking for a Customer Success Manager (CSM) who understands the demands of scaling tech companies and can guide them to maximize adoption, ROI, and expansion with our AI Recruiter platform.

What You’ll Do
  • Own the post-sales relationship for a portfolio of Series B+ tech clients — from onboarding to ongoing account management.

  • Lead implementations and onboarding, including API integrations with ATS/HRIS (Greenhouse, Lever, Workday), single sign-on, and security reviews.

  • Develop success plans tied to key hiring goals — rapid scaling of engineering, GTM, and leadership roles, while maintaining candidate experience and compliance.

  • Train and enable client teams (Talent, People Ops, Hiring Managers) to maximize usage and performance of Symbal’s AI Recruiters.

  • Analyze and present ROI metrics — sourcing velocity, cost per hire, funnel conversion, offer acceptance — to demonstrate value and secure renewals or expansions.

  • Be the voice of the customer internally, shaping product roadmap, surfacing feature requests, and influencing strategic priorities for fast-scaling customers.

  • Drive adoption and upsell new modules (AI Sourcing, AI Reference Check, AI Coach) based on client needs.

  • Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Support to deliver a seamless experience across all stages of growth.

What You’ll Bring
  • 3–6 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Implementation roles at a B2B SaaS company serving high-growth or enterprise tech clients.

  • Familiarity with Series B+ tech environments: rapid headcount growth, global hiring, high compliance/security expectations.

  • Strong project management and communication skills; able to coordinate across Talent, IT, Security, and People Ops teams.

  • Data-driven mindset — comfortable with dashboards, KPIs, and presenting performance results to C-level stakeholders.

  • Passion for AI and recruiting technology, and an eagerness to drive adoption of transformative tools.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment where priorities evolve quickly.

Why Symbal
  • Work with a world-class team of AI engineers and talent experts.

  • Top-of-market compensation & equity for top-of-market candidates.

  • 100% covered health, dental, and vision insurance.

  • 401(k) plan options.
