The Opportunity

As a Customer Success Manager, you will serve as the trusted partner and strategic advisor to our enterprise clients. This is an entrepreneurial opportunity to shape how the world’s leading asset managers and global financial institutions evolve their operations, client experiences, and adoption of advanced AI-first solutions.

By owning key account relationships, maintaining long-term strategies, and executing strategic growth plans, you will directly drive OnCorps' post-implementation success and account expansion. Key Responsibilities

  • Account Relationships & Expansion: Serve as the primary owner of account relationships, focusing on strategic alignment, account growth, and upsell opportunities.
  • Strategy & Support: Responsible for building and maintaining long-term account strategies and providing cross-product support to clients.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Product, Marketing, Delivery, and Engineering to advocate for client needs, refine value propositions, and align our product roadmap with client success.
  • Implementation Hand-Off: Collaborate with Solutions Engineers to oversee and ensure smooth client onboarding, implementation scoping, and post-go-live delivery.
  • Account Planning: Develop and execute strategic account plans to ensure client retention and maximize expansion and demonstrating client value.
  • Operations & Metrics: Build and adhere to customer success metrics, maintaining up-to-date client health records, milestones, and expansion pipelines within our CRM platforms (HubSpot and Gong).
  • Executive Insights: Deliver comprehensive, data-driven insights on client health, product adoption, and account growth directly to the senior leadership team.
  • Industry Expertise: Stay ahead of market trends, regulatory changes, and client needs within the investment management and middle-to-back office space

What We’re Looking For

  • 8+ years of experience in Customer Success, Relationship Management, or Account Strategy in investment operations technology or financial services.
  • Strong domain expertise in investment management middle and/or back-office solutions or closely related areas (e.g., fund accounting, financial/regulatory reporting, investment operations reconciliations).
  • Proven track record of managing high-value institutional accounts, achieving retention targets, and driving account growth/expansion.
  • Ability to engage and influence senior executives and C-suite stakeholders with credibility.
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to translate client operational challenges into technical solutions and growth opportunities.
  • Understanding of relevant financial market regulations.
  • Experience in or eagerness to leverage AI tools to automate and scale operations.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Executive presence and strong interpersonal skills.
