Today, DBeaver is the leading provider of cross-platform enterprise data and database software, and we're seeking a Customer Success Manager to join our team. As a Customer Success Manager at DBeaver, you will play a critical role in ensuring our customers’ success and driving long-term growth through renewals and expansions. This role is a unique blend of  traditional customer success and account management, requiring a proactive and results-oriented approach. 

Location: This role will be based remotely in the United States, ideally based in Eastern or Central time zones to align with our global CSM team (or open to early morning hours).

What You’ll Do:

  • Proactively engage customers to ensure timely renewals and identify opportunities for expansion.
  • Develop strong relationships with key decision-makers and become a business partner within customer organizations to understand their evolving needs and align our solutions to meet their goals.
  • Drive key Customer Success metrics, including renewal retention rate, expansion dollars, and reducing churn, through effective relationship management and deal processing.
  • Facilitate customer onboarding and engage customers post-onboarding through regular check-ins, Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), etc. 
  • Provide ongoing support by working closely with the technical support team to address customer inquiries and resolve issues.
  • Collect and analyze customer feedback to improve Customer Satisfaction Score, Net Promoter Score, product development, and enhance the overall customer experience.

What You Bring: 

  • 2+ years of experience in a Customer Success or Account Management role with exposure to renewals or upselling, QBRs, and customer feedback.
  • Strong background in building and nurturing customer relationships.
  • Familiarity with sales processes, including negotiating, closing, and managing deals.
  • A proactive approach to identifying customer needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Experience with CRM systems

Bonus Skills:

  • Experience working with database management systems (DBMS), database-related products, or developer-focused products
  • Background in open-source technology sales or engagement.
  • Experience with Hubspot is a plus
