We are a small but mighty startup with deep industry background and expertise in both financial markets and modern technologies.   • You understand financial markets – familiarity with institutional investors and private investment markets is a strong plus.

  • You’re proficient in English - given the international nature of our clientele, strong proficiency in English is a key asset.

💻 What you’ll do

  • Cultivate meaningful client partnerships – You’ll take the lead on managing key client relationships, acting as a strategic partner to senior investment and operations leaders throughout their onboarding and ongoing engagement with Tetrix.

  • Scale our client support – you will help us build our customer success infrastructure to appropriately scale while still delivering quality service to our clients.

  • Support operations workflows – contribute to the delivery of high-quality data to all our customers.

  • Collaborate across teams – you will work closely with product, engineering, and customer success teams to enhance operations workflows and resolve client needs efficiently.

  • Client acquisition - you’ll play an active in role in showcasing the Tetrix platform to prospective clients by leading platform walkthroughs, and running pilot programs.
