Agent Finance Customer Support Specialist
As a Agent Finance Customer Support Specialist, you will be an integral member of our dynamic and growing Finance team and will assume responsibility for all communications with our NYC-based Agents, whether in person, by email, or over the phone. You will ensure professional and timely responses to all inquiries. You will work closely with the Director of Operational Finance and play a critical role in the development of our Customer Support strategy.
At Compass You Will:
- Respond promptly to all Finance-related Agent inquiries
- Resolve any Finance-related issues raised by Agents by working with Commission Specialists, among others
- Collaborate with the Communications department to create Agent-facing communications for any announcements made by Finance (e.g., policy changes)
- Create Customer Support policies and procedures
- Work with the Director of Operational Finance to create reporting around Customer Support (e.g., responsiveness, satisfaction, first contact resolution, etc.)
- Complete special projects, as needed
What We Look For:
- BA or BS degree
- 2+ years of experience in a customer support role, with strong customer service instincts
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Impeccable organization skills
- Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Strong quantitative skills
- Proficient in Excel a plus
- Prior experience in real estate a plus
