The role

As a Concierge Associate, you will be the face of Breather with an integral, hands-on role in meeting the needs and exceeding expectations of some of our biggest clients. You’ll be monitoring incoming product and service requests and coordinating across teams to fulfil them, preparing the client’s space in advance of their booking. When personalized service is requested, you’ll be providing friendly and knowledgeable on-site support to our members during their reservations. You’ll be responsible for resetting the spaces post-reservation and maintaining up-to-date records of inventory levels and location of available rental items, as well as supporting our Operations team by executing day-to-day cleaning, maintenance and logistics tasks as needed.

As a Concierge Associate at Breather, you will:

  • Be in constant communication & coordination with our sales team to effectively accommodate member requests.
  • Perform concierge services - arriving prior to a booking to set-up the space (A/V set-up, space set-up, catering, meet & greet, etc.), cleaning up after, and assisting throughout the duration of their meeting in any way required.
  • Deliver or coordinate add-ons such as multi-purpose tables, chairs, projector, projector stand, etc. to members before reservations and return them to headquarters afterwards.
  • Fulfill Account Manager requests for Surprise and Delight deliveries to members.
  • Maintain internal records on inventory levels and location of items.
  • Maintain a high level of knowledge and understanding of how to operate our A/V and tech equipment, and characteristics of our locations to assist members.
  • Help the team with any other city responsibilities! This can include: restocking cleaning supplies, space checks, picking up space cleans, etc.

Helpful Skills and Experience you’ll need to succeed:

  • You are client-focused and hospitality-driven, and a true team player.
  • You have experience in customer service, hospitality, event coordination, or as a personal assistant.
  • You are resourceful, practical, and thrive on variety, problem-solving and execution.
  • You have exceptional organization and multitasking skills.
  • Monday-Friday morning availability is required as early as 7:00am.
  • You’re tech savvy and can learn new systems quickly.
  • Must be able to lift 30 pounds.
  • This is an hourly position with opportunity for growth.
