Head of Product
Outpost Club is a network of coliving houses in New York. We believe that renting a room should be as easy as buying a cup of coffee. We built a process to make it super easy to move to New York, and we’ve designed interesting and convenient houses at affordable prices. At Outpost Club, you receive more than just a place to live and work; the Outpost Club platform creates a coliving community that offers both general and professional networking.
Coliving (co living) is a shared-housing model in which communities are built around shared spaces in the home, allowing residents to live more affordably and socially.
The Role
Outpost company is seeking an experienced Product Manager. You will run Outpost Club coliving house operations and resident experience, while simultaneously working to develop the product we are offering and closely collaborate with design, operations and IT teams. This position will require you to manage an existing operational team in New York as well as coordinate the design and IT teams. The role combines product design, project management, property management, operational systems design, community facilitation, and customer service.
Responsibilities
Develop the strategic vision for the product together with founders
Define and execute against a roadmap, codify processes and optimize existing responsibilities of the team, define KPIs, take feedback from current clients and employees, collect features requests, build world-class internal tools.
Manage Operations Team:
Project manage community setup: house design, application process, community manager and house leaders training, develop resident welcoming and onboarding process with IT team.
Manage ongoing customer service and coordination of houses, respond to requests and issues from residents, represent Outpost Club and convey its vision and culture to residents
Property Management: Manage the process for resident leasing, move-in, move-out, and on-boarding, formalize and improve customer service processes, work in conjunction with COO, to coordinate repairs, cleaning, and other physical maintenance is done well and on-time

Able to Effectively manage multiple projects and timelines.
You have:
3+ years of working experience in any of the following fields: project management, coliving, hospitality, coworking, property management, residential real estate, real estate IT
Project and team lead experience.
A bachelor’s degree in an applicable field.
2+ years experience managing teams or freelancers to execute on a project.
Experience using Google Sheets, Slack, and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software.
