Honest Buildings is looking for a proactive and customer oriented Customer Success Manager to join our growing team. You will be the face of Honest Buildings to some of the largest commercial real estate owners in the world, and work closely with clients and their vendors. We have a hands-on strategic approach to working with our customers at Honest Buildings and the Customer Success team is central to building and carrying out that mission.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Establish a trusted and strategic advisor relationship with each assigned client and drive continued value of our service
  • Work with clients to establish goals, and aid the customer in being successful through continued coaching and ad hoc troubleshooting
  • Prepare and present Quarterly Business Reviews and key “check-in” meeting decks around crucial deliverables
  • True ownership of overall relationship with assigned clients
    • Identify opportunities for client relationship and product adoption improvement including
    • Strategize ways to make these improvements including
  • Track user activity and proactively develop re-engagement solutions
  • Advocate customer needs/feedback cross-departmentally to improve their success and the success of Honest Buildings as whole
  • Work with Sales counterparts on expansion opportunities for your book of business
  • Participate in contributing to and improving Customer Success processes
  • Act as a mentor for new employees

REQUIREMENTS

  • 4 year college degree
  • 3+ years of enterprise level B2B relationship management experience
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills

  •  

    Demonstrated knowledge of the commercial real estate industry or SaaS experience required

  •  

    Sales or revenue management experience preferred

  •  

    Ability to coordinate and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously

  •  

    Willingness to travel as needed (~once or twice per month)
