This is a remote position.
We are seeking a client-focused Customer Support Specialist with experience in real estate transaction coordination to deliver exceptional onboarding and ongoing support to our clients. This role combines customer service, technical know-how, and real estate process understanding to drive platform engagement and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Guide new clients through onboarding, ensuring a smooth platform setup and confident start
Promptly respond to early-stage inquiries to build trust and satisfaction
Act as the main point of contact for client support, providing timely and accurate assistance
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve technical or process-related issues quickly
Support sales calls by offering product knowledge and technical context when needed
Translate client needs into platform solutions to drive adoption and retention
Create and maintain helpful resources (how-to guides, tutorials, FAQs)
Contribute to the internal knowledge base and content library
Requirements
Background in real estate, preferably with TC experience
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and respond promptly to client needs
Proficient with CRMs, digital tools, and collaboration platforms
Detail-oriented, reliable, and self-motivated
