🚀 We’re Hiring: Turkish Call Operator (Remote)

🕘 Full-time | Work from Home

We are currently looking for a motivated Turkish-speaking Call Operator to join our remote customer support team. This role is ideal for communicative and customer-oriented individuals who can provide professional support and handle client interactions efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls in Turkish
  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
  • Collaborate with team members to improve customer satisfaction
  • Escalate complex cases when necessary

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Turkish – native or fluent
  • English – B2 level or above is a plus
  • Previous customer support or call center experience is preferred
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment
  • Reliable internet connection and good computer skills
