IT Support Specialist - AV

Cedar is looking for an IT Support Specialist - AV to provide industry-leading support to all Cedar employees. The candidate will work closely with all of Cedar to ensure the technology our employees use every day is functional, reliable, and secure. This includes everything from the laptops we use to the support of the physical office networks, security, and collaboration systems.
Responsibilities
- Work with the People Experience teams to ensure video conferencing and presentation systems are functional and reliable.
- Provide desktop and application support to Cedar employees.
- Support and maintain all employee-related IT services and equipment.
- Be responsible for laptop and desktop configuration and system access.
- Build computer management workflows that will scale to hundreds or thousands of devices.
- Work with Compliance/Security to secure laptops and office networks.
- Onboard new employees and assist with new computer configuration.* Cedar is committed to a flexible work environment, so this as well as many of our roles are remote friendly.
Required Skills & Experience
- 3+ years in a Helpdesk environment
- Experience coordinating video conferencing technologies such as Zoom, WebEx, Vidyo, BlueJeans, or other technologies
- Experience coordinating and maintaining in office video conferencing technology and hardware such as video cameras, microphones, and audio
- Experienced in MacOS administration, knowledge of the operating system and automated software installation
- Experience with automation solutions such as Jamf, Fleetsmith, InTune or other MDM solutions, a Jamf certification a plus
- Strong interpersonal skills, problem-solving ability, attention to detail, and outstanding customer service skills
- Positive demeanor and a committed teammate
- Willing and eager to learn coding skills
