About the Role
The Channel Operations team plays a critical role within the Sales Organization growth and success. As the Senior Channel Operations Analyst your main responsibility will be supporting our expanding Channel team as we expand into new territories and industries while leveraging our expanding network of Referral and Master Reseller partners. This role will report into the Revenue Operations team and directly support the Global VP, Channels. This role will closely coordinate with Direct Sales, Business Development, Finance, Legal, and Operations.
This role will also be critical to improve and speed up the processes in place by providing insights that will help drive team efficiency, compliance and quota attainment.
What You'll Be Doing
- Work closely with Revenue Operations and the Global VP of Channels to create processes and reports that drive the operational pacing of the Channel Team
- Refine the processes and procedures for the Channel team to include partner identification, on-boarding, ramp-up and on-going deal registration/deal flow
- Work with the Channel and Legal teams on Partner contract structure to include targets and monitor contract compliance
- Create Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) that drive communication of expectations for cross-functional execution of the program
- Create visibility in salesforce.com of the Channel pipeline and quarterly and annual forecast
- Create action oriented reports and dashboards in salesforce.com for the Channel Team to monitor and drive performance
- Functional owner of Riskified’s salesforce.com Partner Community and deal Registration site. Drive implementation of the site across the partner community
- Work with the Deal Desk to Ensure that all partner deals are correctly reflected and validated in salesforce.com
- Collaborate with the Sales Incentive Compensation Team and Finance to ensure accurate partnership fees are paid
- Provide critical strategic insights to the leadership team regarding performance of the partnership program
- Provide recommendations for process improvement and automation
- Integrate with global sales and operations teams on pipeline reviews - become a key strategic advisor to the Channel VP
Qualifications
- Degree in management, mathematics, statistics, economics, or other relevant field of study; or the equivalent of relative work experience
- Three (3) years business development, sales or channel operations experience
- Interest for the SaaS, IT world
- Extensive knowledge salesforce.com and Google Suite products
- Fast learner, responsiveness, curious/inquisitive
- Analysis and problem solving skills, attention to detail
- Comfort in a rapidly changing environment with competing and shifting priorities
