Overview

Dynatrace is seeking to add an Engineering Intern to its D1 Support Operations team to address its growing need to enable customers to find the right information at the right time. As an D1 Automation and Tools Intern, your work will help create a world where software works perfectly.

Job Description/Your Role at Dynatrace:

We are looking for a Software Engineering student with junior or senior level standing to join us this summer on our D1 team. This is a full-time, paid internship.

Responsibilities:

  • Assess AI backlog and develop architecture, solutions, and solution estimates
  • Build AI agents and integrate into workflows based on highest value

The D1 Intern will partner with VP Operations, Directors of Operations, Data Science, ML Engineers, and Directors for Support, Services, and Customer Success here and will gain hands-on industry experience in the Engineering field.

What will help you succeed
  • Education: Currently working towards a Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering or Information Systems
  • Work experience: 0-1 Years
  • Considering a career in Technology
  • Familiar with one or more of the following technologies:
    • LLM/AI
    • Python
    • Java
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work individually and in a team environment

Compensation and Rewards
  • $26/hour
  • Fulltime: 40 hours/week
  • 10 Weeks: June 8th - August 14th
