Role Overview:
As a Paid Data Analyst Intern, you will support our team by analyzing large datasets to help us make informed decisions about product performance, customer behavior, and marketing effectiveness. You’ll work closely with our marketing and product teams, gaining hands-on experience in data collection, analysis, and reporting while contributing to projects that directly influence the company’s growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Data Collection & Analysis: Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets from various sources, including e-commerce platforms, customer feedback, and marketing campaigns.

  • Performance Reporting: Create and update dashboards and reports to track sales trends, customer engagement, and campaign performance.

  • Customer Insights: Identify key patterns and trends in customer behavior to provide actionable recommendations for marketing, product development, and sales strategies.

  • Data Visualization: Present complex data in simple, actionable visual formats using tools like Excel, Google Sheets, Tableau, or Power BI.

  • Market Research: Assist in conducting market research to help assess the competition and uncover opportunities for growth.

  • Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with marketing, sales, and product teams to provide data-driven recommendations for business strategies.

Qualifications:

  • Educational Background: Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, Statistics, or a related field.

  • Technical Skills:

    • Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets (pivot tables, data functions, charts).

    • Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus.

    • Familiarity with SQL and data extraction methods is a bonus.

  • Analytical Mindset: Ability to draw meaningful insights from raw data and present them in a clear and concise manner.

  • Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex data insights to non-technical teams.

  • Attention to Detail: Excellent organizational skills and a meticulous approach to data integrity.

  • Team Player: Ability to collaborate effectively with a remote team in a fast-paced environment.
