What We're Looking For

Perchwell is rapidly expanding across the US to new MLS clients with both unique data sources that must be integrated into our data layer and sophisticated analytics requirements. Robust data management and analytics capabilities are therefore key to our future success. We are looking for a data analyst to propel our data integration strategies forward and establish and maintain data quality KPIs at scale.

What You’ll Do

• Work cross functionally to complete MLS implementations into our data layer

• Collaborate with Perchwell’s product and engineering teams to:

  • Assist in delivering data pipelines across multiple data sources as we continue to launch into new markets

  • Design and build the tools you’ll use to manage new data KPIs

• Cultivate real estate data expertise within your team and across the organization

• Develop and maintain data quality KPIs with your team to guarantee gold-standard real estate datasets for our customers

• Discover, qualify, evaluate, and recommend new data sources to enrich existing datasets

• Participate in and help direct the growth of the Data & Analytics team

• Design, develop, and maintain BI dashboards and reports to deliver actionable insights to stakeholders across the organization

• Analyze large and complex datasets to uncover actionable insights and analytical solutions

Required for the role

• 3+ years of experience in data analytics

• Ability to communicate insights to both technical and non-technical audiences

• Strong SQL & Python skills

• Previous experience in an AWS environment utilizing the breadth of tools available

• Previous experience with a business intelligence tool (Looker, Tableau, Power BI)

• Documentation skills

• Project mgmt

• Must be available to work in Perchwell's NYC office (3 days per week)

Bonus points for the following

• Strong DBT skills

• Knowledge of or exposure to real estate-specific datasets

• Previous experience leading a team of junior analysts through project completion

Salary Information

To provide greater transparency to candidates, we share base salary ranges for all US-based job postings regardless of state. Our ranges are based on function and level benchmarked against similar stage growth companies. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors including skills, job-related knowledge and depth of work experience.

The base compensation range for this position is expected to be between $120,000-$150,000/year + equity + benefits
