ACGI Software, a leader in enterprise level association and credentialing software, is seeking a Data Analyst. The Data Analyst plays a critical role in supporting data conversion efforts for new and existing clients. Working closely with the Implementation and Ongoing Services teams, this technical position is responsible for gathering requirements, analyzing client data, and converting it into formats compatible with our system. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, collaborative, and comfortable working across cross-functional teams to ensure data integrity and successful onboarding.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with Implementation and Ongoing Services teams to understand client data requirements.

  • Collaborate with clients to gather business requirements and translate to internal teams.

  • Perform data analysis, mapping, and transformation to support system integration.

  • Clean, validate, and convert client data into standardized formats.

  • Develop and maintain documentation for data conversion processes and best practices.

  • Identify and resolve data inconsistencies or quality issues.

  • Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders and clients to clarify data needs and ensure alignment.

  • Support troubleshooting and post-implementation data validation.

  • Contribute to continuous improvement of data conversion toolkit.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.

  • 3+ years of experience in data analysis, data conversion, or data integration.

  • Experience working with large datasets and relational databases.

  • Familiarity with data transformation tools and scripting languages (SQL, Excel).

  • Experience working in Association Management and/or Credentialing software.

Salary range: $77,010 to $90,100.
