Data Analyst 
This is a contract opportunity.
This is a remote opportunity. 


About this Position

Join a fast-paced Product Operations team focused on improving product reliability, safety, and user experience through data. In this role, you will turn complex operational data into clear insights that drive better decisions across cross-functional teams. This is a highly collaborative role for someone who enjoys problem-solving and building scalable analytics solutions.


Job Responsibilities
  • Analyze operational data to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities

  • Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and alerts to support business decisions

  • Partner with operations, product, and engineering teams to solve data-driven problems

  • Define and track key performance metrics and operational KPIs

  • Present insights and recommendations to non-technical stakeholders


Job Skills/Requirements
  • 4+ years of experience in data analysis, operations, strategy, or related roles

  • Strong SQL skills for data extraction and analysis

  • Experience building dashboards using Tableau, Power BI, Alteryx, or similar tools

  • Knowledge of statistical analysis such as hypothesis testing and trend analysis

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment

Pay Range

Pay Range: $55–$60/hour
