As part of the Data and Analytics team, you will serve as a vital liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, translating requirements into actionable specifications. As a Senior Associate, you will analyze complex problems, mentor others, and maintain elevated standards while building meaningful client relationships and navigating the intricacies of the healthcare domain. What You Must Have
- Bachelor's Degree
- At least 5 years of functional or business analysis experience in Health Care Domain
What Sets You Apart
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Information Systems preferred
- Knowledge of healthcare domain concepts
- Understanding SQL concepts and data governance
- Excelling in documentation and communication skills
- Experience in Agile delivery
- Supporting post-implementation stabilization

The salary range for this position is: $77,000 - $202,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
