About the Role:

We are seeking a Data Center Capacity Program Manager to play a key role in supporting the planning, execution, and optimization of our global data center infrastructure. In this role, you will collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure capacity planning, lease execution, and infrastructure deployments align with business needs. You’ll assist in driving key initiatives, working alongside industry experts to enable rapid and efficient data center expansion. This role will be based in one of our office locations, following a hybrid-work approach in: Livingston, NJ/New York, NY/ Sunnyvale, CA/Bellevue, WA/Richmond, VA.

What You’ll Do:

  • Support Metro Strategy & Site Selection – Assist in site evaluations, lease negotiations, and approvals, ensuring cost-efficient and timely data center expansion.
  • Facilitate Lease Execution – Work with internal teams to coordinate the lease lifecycle from demand signal to site availability, helping to track key performance metrics (cost, quality, timeline, safety).
  • Contribute to Capacity Planning – Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and refine strategies that optimize performance and scalability in alignment with growth projections.
  • Coordinate Program & Project Management – Assist in managing infrastructure deployment projects, ensuring milestones are met efficiently and within budget.
  • Enable Cross-Functional Collaboration – Work with planners, engineers, operations, and IT teams to align infrastructure needs with business objectives.
  • Monitor & Report Performance – Track key data center metrics, support risk identification, and help implement process improvements.
  • Assist with Financial & Commercial Oversight – Help analyze lease terms, support cost evaluations, and contribute to decision-making for commercial agreements.
  • Conduct Market Research – Provide insights on new locations, risks, and trends to support expansion strategies.
  • Maintain Data Integrity – Ensure accurate and up-to-date reporting for leadership decision-making.

What We’re Looking For:

  • 8+ years of experience in data center program management, capacity planning, or infrastructure deployment.
  • A collaborative mindset with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Experience working within cross-functional teams, supporting multiple stakeholders and initiatives.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with lease negotiations, financial analysis, and risk assessment.
  • Knowledge of data center operations, industry standards, and best practices.
  • Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools.
  • A bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or a related field (MBA or PMP a plus).

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $165,000-$190,000. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
