The Data Center Operations Analyst will support analytics, reporting, data warehousing, and organization-wide projects across CoreWeave’s global data center portfolio. Reporting initially to the Director of Portfolio Operations, this role will be responsible for analyzing key performance metrics across our operations on both a recurring and ad hoc basis while partnering closely with teams across Data Center Operations.
About the RoleAs a Data Center Operations Analyst, you will help bring structure, visibility, and insight to a rapidly growing global data center portfolio. This role sits at the intersection of operations, energy management, cost analysis, and executive reporting, helping the organization make more informed decisions through accurate data, clear analysis, and thoughtful forecasting.
You will work across multiple functions within Data Center Operations to support reporting, budgeting, and performance tracking, while also helping manage external reporting partners and maintain critical operational data. This is a highly cross-functional role for someone who is analytical, detail-oriented, and excited to improve how data is used to drive operational excellence at scale.
In this role, you will:
- Provide analysis of electrical usage, electrical rates, power usage effectiveness, and other key operational data points, while maintaining data in internal and external repositories for use across the organization
- Manage external providers that support reporting and forecasting efforts
- Build models related to current and future portfolio costs to support forecasting and budgeting
- Prepare and manage presentation materials for weekly and monthly meetings across the organization
- Assist with reporting and tracking of key data center metrics, including incidents, tickets, headcount requirements, and other operating metrics
- 5+ years of professional experience in data center environments
- 3+ years of dedicated experience in an operations-focused or analytical capacity
- 1+ years of experience navigating the fast-paced environment of a high-growth startup or management consulting firm
- Demonstrated experience, or a strong preferred background, in energy management, utility analysis, or sustainability metrics
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically building advanced financial and analytical models in Excel and creating executive-ready presentations in PowerPoint
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, Data Analytics, or a related quantitative field
- Proven ability to thrive, adapt, and drive resolutions independently within a fast-paced, rapidly evolving environment
- Experience managing energy usage and reporting, including knowledge of electric usage metrics

The base salary range for this role is $83,000 to $121,000. The starting salary will be determined by job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location. We strive for both market alignment and internal equity when determining compensation. In addition to base salary, our total rewards package includes a discretionary bonus, equity awards, and a comprehensive benefits program, all based on eligibility
