We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Remote Data Entry Manager to oversee data entry operations, ensure data accuracy, manage remote data entry staff, and maintain efficient data management processes across the organization. Key Responsibilities

Team Management & Leadership

  • Supervise, train, and support remote data entry specialists and administrative staff
  • Assign workloads and monitor daily productivity and performance metrics
  • Conduct regular performance reviews, coaching sessions, and team meetings
  • Develop schedules and ensure deadlines are consistently met
  • Foster a collaborative and accountable remote work culture

Data Management & Accuracy

  • Oversee high-volume data entry operations with a focus on accuracy and efficiency
  • Review and validate entered data for completeness, consistency, and correctness
  • Implement quality assurance procedures and auditing processes
  • Identify and resolve data discrepancies, duplicates, and reporting errors
  • Maintain standardized data entry procedures and documentation

Process Improvement

  • Analyze workflows and recommend improvements to increase efficiency
  • Develop and implement best practices for remote data handling and reporting
  • Automate repetitive processes when possible using spreadsheets, templates, or software tools
  • Create and maintain operational guidelines and training materials

Reporting & Analytics

  • Generate productivity reports, data summaries, and performance dashboards
  • Track KPIs such as accuracy rates, turnaround times, and output volumes
  • Present findings and operational updates to management
  • Assist with forecasting staffing needs and workload planning

System & Database Management

  • Manage and maintain databases, spreadsheets, and cloud-based systems
  • Ensure proper organization, storage, and security of sensitive information
  • Coordinate with IT or software vendors to resolve system issues
  • Monitor data backups and compliance with company data policies

Cross-Department Collaboration

  • Coordinate with operations, finance, customer service, HR, and other departments
  • Support data migration, onboarding, and reporting initiatives
  • Assist leadership with administrative and operational projects
  • Ensure alignment between data management practices and business goals

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree preferred
  • 3–5+ years of experience in data entry, data management, or administrative operations
  • Prior supervisory or team leadership experience preferred
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities
  • Ability to manage remote teams independently
  • Advanced proficiency in spreadsheet and database software
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
