- Data Uploading: Systematically transfer and upload clinical, administrative, or operational data into company repositories and platforms.
- Accuracy Assurance: Verify data accuracy, completeness, and compliance against primary healthcare documentation.
- System Maintenance: Navigate internal health data tracking systems efficiently to update records and maintain file organization.
- Operational Alignment: Collaborate under the guidance of the VP of Clinical Operations to meet timeline-sensitive batch data processing targets.
- Confidentiality Management: Strictly safeguard and adhere to all regulatory compliance laws, including HIPAA, to protect sensitive healthcare information
- Healthcare Experience Preferred: Prior background as a Medical Assistant (MA) or hands-on experience navigating Electronic Medical Records (EMR) platforms is highly preferred.
- Technical Proficiency: Comfortable utilizing cloud databases, digital file management applications, and basic spreadsheet programs (e.g., Microsoft Excel).
- Attention to Detail: Exceptional precision when typing, parsing, and validating high volumes of complex healthcare data.
- Time Management: Self-motivated ability to handle workload targets effectively within an independent, flexible schedule.
