Role Overview
We’re looking for a detail-oriented Data & Insights Analyst with a strong analytical background and an interest in sustainability and real estate. In this role, you’ll manage and analyze large datasets, ensure data accuracy within our platform, and help translate insights into clear, actionable narratives for internal teams and C-level clients. Ideal candidates will be skilled in Excel, comfortable working with data, and eager to contribute to meaningful client interactions. SQL experience is a plus.
Responsibilities:
Assist in managing and interpreting large datasets related to sustainability reporting and real estate performance
Ensure accurate data entry, validation, and organization within Scaler’s proprietary platform
Support sustainability data collection and analysis workflows, helping to streamline and improve internal processes
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to uphold data integrity and recommend process enhancements
Conduct research on industry trends and regulatory changes; contribute to internal reports and client-ready presentations
Assist in creating onboarding materials, internal documentation, and other operational support resources.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sustainability, Finance, Data Science, or a related field
Minimum 2 years of experience of professional experience; strongly preferred business-to-business (B2B) real estate client/customer service experience; preferably consultative customer service experience working within the real estate, financial services, fund management, consulting, banking, and/or ESG industry
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheet
Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail
Excellent organizational, written, and verbal communication skills
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Familiarity with sustainability concepts, real estate data is a plus
