Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated Data Management & Reporting Intern to support our enterprise data strategy and reporting functions for our Investment Management SaaS platform. This internship offers hands-on experience with data governance, investment analytics, and business reporting workflows in a professional FinTech environment.

Key Responsibilities

· Assist in maintaining datasets related to client portfolios, investment performance, market signals, and regulatory compliance.

· Support the preparation and delivery of periodic reports and dashboards for internal teams and clients.

· Perform basic data quality checks, identify discrepancies, and work with team members to resolve them.

· Help document data definitions, lineage, and reporting standards.

· Participate in cross-team meetings, providing input on data workflows.

· Assist in generating ad-hoc analytics requests with clear, actionable outputs.

· Organize and archive reports according to compliance and governance requirements.

Qualifications

· Currently enrolled as a sophomore or junior in a Bachelor’s program in Data Science, Finance, Computer Science, Economics, or related field.

· Basic understanding of Excel, SQL, or Python for data analysis.

· Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

· Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills

· Exposure to data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and database technology

· Familiarity with investment management concepts.

· Interest in regulatory and compliance aspects of financial data.

Reporting Structure Reports to: Data Strategy & Reporting Manager / Product Manager
