On the Data Operations team our goal is to positively impact lead quality, student admissions, and marketing performance, ensuring that Campus attracts and enrolls students efficiently using data-driven insights.

About the Role

We are seeking a Data Operations Analyst, Admissions & Marketing. The role will be at the intersection of data operations and student acquisition, playing a key role in optimizing enrollment strategies, forecasting trends, and improving marketing effectiveness.

  • Develop data solutions that streamline admissions workflows and improve enrollment efficiency
  • Oversee lead tracking, application processes, and enrollment conversion optimization
  • Analyze admissions and marketing performance metrics to identify trends and inform decision-making
  • Build data visualizations and dashboards to support sales and marketing leadership in tracking KPIs
  • Provide actionable insights on lead quality, student acquisition, and marketing campaign effectiveness
  • Create, maintain, and optimize enrollment forecasting models to predict student demand
  • Utilize statistical analysis to refine marketing spend allocation and admissions strategies
  • Partner with the Marketing and Admissions teams to enhance the student enrollment experience
  • Train teams on best practices for data tools and analytics to improve efficiency and decision-making
  • Stay ahead of trends in educational technology, marketing analytics, and admissions forecasting
  • Identify and implement new tools and methodologies to advance Campus’s data capabilities

We’re excited about you because…

  • You have 2-4 years of experience in a technology-driven role within sales, admissions, marketing, or a related field, with a proven track record in data analytics, CRM management, or marketing technology
  • You are proficient in data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Excel, Looker, Tableau, Power BI) and statistical analysis tools to solve complex problems
  • You possess outstanding communication skills, capable of effectively articulating complex technical concepts and strategies to diverse audiences, including non-technical team members
  • You have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a demonstrated ability to tackle complex issues, develop solutions, and drive critical initiatives forward
  • You are agile and adaptable, able to swiftly navigate changes and lead teams through evolving educational landscapes and technological advancements
  • You are committed to personal and professional growth, constantly seeking new knowledge and staying abreast of the latest trends in educational technology
  • You are innovative and creative in approach, using data-driven methods to develop and implement scalable, efficient solutions that enhance student acquisition and engagement
  • You are skilled in applying systematic and quantitative methods to analyze and improve workflows, tools, and processes, ensuring robust and sustainable tech integrations

What you’ll get

  • A compensation package that includes a base salary ($90,000 - $100,000) + equity grant 
    • Actual compensation within the pay range will be decided based on factors including, but not limited to, skills, prior relevant experience, and specific work location. For roles that are available to be filled remotely, base salary is localized according to employee work location.
