The Data Product Manager leads discovery, prioritization, and design of data products, enabling scalable, decision-grade analytics and AI use cases .
Job Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Data Product, Analytics, BI, or related roles
- 1+ years of hands-on experience as a Data Product Manager, owning data products, KPIs, or analytics products
- Proven experience owning data products, metrics, or core KPIs
- Strong understanding of data modeling and semantic layers
- Strong stakeholder management and executive-level communication
- Experience with modern data stacks and BI tools (e.g., Snowflake, Tableau, Looker)
- Experience in B2B SaaS environments
- Exposure to AI or analytics products built on top of BI
Job Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end lifecycle of data products: discovery, design, KPI definition, adoption, and maintenance
- Translate business needs into clear, governed data models and metrics
- Define and own company-critical KPIs , ensuring consistency across dashboards and AI outputs
- Drive cross-functional alignment across Business, Data, and Technology
- Ensure data products are trusted, scalable, and leadership-ready
- Drive adoption and measurable business impact
